How long does incorporation take? +

Typically 7–10 working days after all documents are received. LLP incorporations can be faster — sometimes 5–7 days. Timelines depend on MCA processing speed and any name conflicts.

Can I incorporate a company from outside India? +

Yes. NRIs and foreign nationals can be directors in an Indian Private Limited Company, subject to certain conditions. At least one director must be an Indian resident. We handle the additional documentation involved.

What documents do I need? +

For each director/partner: Aadhaar, PAN, passport-size photo, and address proof (bank statement or utility bill not older than 2 months). For the registered office: utility bill and NOC from owner.

Do I need a physical office to register? +

No owned office is required. A rented premises or even your home address can serve as the registered office. We'll guide you on the required documents for this.

What happens after incorporation? +

After incorporation, you'll need to open a bank account, file a commencement of business declaration (for Pvt Ltd), and complete GST registration if applicable. We offer post-incorporation support for all of these.

Is the pricing really all-inclusive? +

Yes. Our quoted price includes government fees, stamp duty (where applicable), DSC charges, and our professional fee. The only variable add-on is state-specific stamp duty for MOA/AOA in some states, which we disclose upfront.
